Submitting a request does not create a client relationship, approve a charge, or obligate either party. Services begin only after both parties accept a written scope and applicable service terms.

Performance depends on factors outside Marketing USA's control, including demand, pricing, the client's offer and operations, platform decisions, market conditions, and budget. No sales, revenue, conversion rate, ranking, return on ad spend, or profit result is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The website, brand elements, and original content are owned by Rey Ventures Inc. Client deliverables and account access are governed by the accepted service agreement.
