Service and payment policy

Pricing

The advertised Website Design service is $499. Pricing for additional services is provided in a written scope before payment. Any work outside an accepted scope requires separate approval. Advertising spend, when applicable, is separate and is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform.

Approval and payment

No website form submission creates a charge. After a written scope and service terms are accepted, Marketing USA sends a QuickBooks invoice. Recurring billing is used only with the client's authorization.

Timing and client responsibilities

Onboarding and work timing depend on timely payment, access to required accounts and assets, and client responses. The client remains responsible for its claims, legal compliance, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, website operations, and advertising spend.

Cancellation and refunds

Specific cancellation timing is stated in the written service agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, a client may cancel future monthly service before the next billing date. Fees already paid cover reserved service capacity and work performed during the billing period and are not refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

Results and platform risk

Business results depend on factors outside Marketing USA's control. Advertising and search platforms also control account reviews, rankings, restrictions, delivery, and policy enforcement. Marketing USA does not guarantee sales, revenue, conversion rates, rankings, account approval, or uninterrupted platform delivery.
